Refund Policy

We want you to be happy with every book you purchase through FaithBooks. If something isn’t right, here’s how refunds work.

Eligibility: You may request a refund within 7 days of your booking date if the book was not available for pickup as confirmed, was damaged or defective, or was booked in error. Refund requests made after 7 days will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

How to Request a Refund: Contact us through the Contact Us page, or call +234-813-100-3634, with your name, the book title, and the reason for your request. Please allow up to 5 business days for us to review your request.

Refund Method: Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method used at checkout (Card or PayPal). Processing times depend on your bank or PayPal and can take 5-10 business days after approval.

Non-Refundable Situations: Bookings that were successfully picked up and used, and requests made outside the eligibility window without a valid reason, are generally not eligible for a refund.
